Eden C. Reeves II
President & CEO
A seasoned IT and management consultant with over three decades of diverse experience across private, public, and non-governmental sectors. Demonstrated expertise in IT strategy, system implementation, audits, fraud investigation, and capacity-building. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage projects, and deliver high-impact solutions in challenging environments. Strong background in public sector reform, IT governance, and corporate information security.

Wil Bako Freeman
President & CEO
Mr. Freeman joined ST Capital Septimus Associates Limited, where he led a multidisciplinary team focused on advancing regional integration by planning, developing, and executing major infrastructure and development projects across the region. In addition to his role at Septimus, he is a Non-Executive Director (Board Member) of the United Bank for Africa (UBA), Liberia, contributing strategic insight and governance expertise.
Previously, Mr. Freeman held the position of Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director of the Liberia Airport Authority (LAA), where he was responsible for the oversight and operations of all airports within the Republic of Liberia. Under his leadership, LAA undertook and completed several transformative infrastructure projects at Roberts International Airport (RIA), Liberia’s primary international gateway. These included:
- Successful management and delivery of a $35 million runway rehabilitation project, the first comprehensive restoration in over 30 years.
- Implementation of a $50 million new passenger terminal, significantly improving airport capacity and traveler experience.
- Execution of a $10 million cargo terminal project, enhancing logistics and trade facilitation.
Prior to his tenure at LAA, Mr. Freeman served as Director of Operations and Regional Integration at the West African Monetary Institute (WAMI), a specialized agency of ECOWAS dedicated to the creation of a common West African currency and Central Bank. In this role, he played a key part in shaping regional economic frameworks and advancing cross-border cooperation.
Mr. Freeman also served as a Private Sector Development Specialist and Program Coordinator (Head) of the Liberia Better Business Forum (LBBF) under the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the private sector arm of the World Bank Group. There, he championed initiatives to revitalize private sector engagement and foster economic resilience in post-conflict Liberia. His earlier professional experience includes serving as a senior advisor to the Minister of Commerce in Liberia, and nearly a decade as a central banker at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, specializing in banking supervision and market risk management.
Mr. Freeman brings over 20 years of cross-sectoral experience in the United States, Ghana, Liberia, and internationally. He has demonstrated expertise in central banking, economic development, aviation, infrastructure, and private sector reform. His leadership is defined by strategic vision, technical competence, and a strong commitment to institutional development.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from Rutgers Business School, Rutgers University, New Jersey, USA. He is a Commissioned Bank Examiner from the Federal Reserve System in the United States. He holds a Certificate in Airport Executive Leadership from the Airports Council International (ACI) and the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University, Canada.

Edward L. Sharpe
Director
Edward L. Sharpe is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience and a robust skill set that spans various domains. Currently based in Monrovia, Liberia, Mr. Sharpe leads risk analysis, business development, corporate governance, and security assessments. He has a distinguished career characterized by strong leadership qualities, strategic acumen, and a commitment to excellence, including significant roles at the National Security Agency (N.S.A.) in Monrovia, Liberia, where he served as Deputy Director and Policy Advisor. In these positions, he played instrumental roles in shaping security analysis engagement, institutional development, and fostering bilateral cooperation across multiple continents.
Mr. Sharpe's expertise is not confined to security and intelligence. He has also made notable contributions to auditing projects, particularly in Ghana, where he meticulously audited a substantial portion of the government's non-road arrears, demonstrating his acute attention to detail and analytical prowess.
Beyond his governmental and security sector engagements, Mr. Sharpe has left his mark in the telecommunications industry, where he held managerial positions focusing on brand management, sales, and marketing strategy development across Ghana and West Africa. His leadership was instrumental in driving successful product launches and market expansions.
Mr. Sharpe’s multidisciplinary background, coupled with his extensive professional experience, positions him as an asset capable of navigating complex challenges and driving impactful outcomes across diverse sectors and geographies.

Janneh I. Adighibe
Senior Advisor
Mrs. Janneh Iris Adighibe is a seasoned financial, audit, and risk management professional with over 40 years of extensive experience spanning the public and private sectors, both domestically and internationally. Recognized for her strategic thinking, operational excellence, and results-driven approach, she has consistently delivered impactful solutions in fast-paced, cross-cultural, and high-volume environments.
Mrs. Adighibe possesses deep expertise in enterprise risk management, financial reporting, fraud prevention, internal audit, and strategic planning. She has a proven track record of developing and implementing robust financial controls, streamlining business operations, and leading high-impact initiatives that drive organizational growth, enhance efficiency, and improve governance frameworks.
Throughout her career, she has held several leadership roles, including her most recent position as Assistant Director General for Enterprise-wide Risk Management at NASSCORP, where she spearheaded risk assessment initiatives and served as the internal lead for implementing the corporation’s strategic plan. Previously, she was the Manager of Internal Audit and Fraud Risk Management at Lonestar Cell MTN, where her efforts in fraud reduction saved the company millions and strengthened internal controls enterprise-wide.
A certified specialist in fraud examination and crucial conversations, Mrs. Adighibe combines technical proficiency with excellent interpersonal skills, allowing her to foster strong relationships across all organizational levels. Her work has consistently been marked by integrity, initiative, and a commitment to capacity building and good governance.
She holds a Master’s in Professional Accounting (cum laude) and a BSc in Accounting (summa cum laude) from Strayer University, as well as various certifications in governance, fraud examination, and leadership. Her technical toolkit includes proficiency in multiple financial systems and software platforms, reinforcing her ability to deliver strategic oversight and operational efficiency.
